As a result of the takeover of HBOS by Lloyds TSB there is a need to integrate and rationalise the systems and processes from both companies under the Lloyds Banking Group banner in order to deliver synergy cost savings. ITG has been chosen to play a key role in the performance evaluation of the IT architectures that will be needed to support this newly formed banking group.

It forms the core of the NHS Care Records Service and is central to the transformational National Programme for IT that connects clinicians, patients and local service providers throughout England.
